In March of 1967, a Fairfax County cop’s behavior was so bad that the police took the very highly unusual step of firing him. And it is almost impossible to be fired from the Fairfax County Police.  The cop had been sent to a woman’s home to investigate reports of a man exposing himself.  Several hours later, the cop returned to the woman’s home, drunk, with a female companion.  The police refused to comment on what happened next, but the woman was hospitalized.  Needless to say, the fired cop was not arrested.
